What are your earring hooks made of?
The earrings hooks, hoops and posts that we use are made form surgical grade stainless steel, also referred to as hypoallergenic surgical steel.

How do I look after my porcelain piece?
Your porcelain jewellery or ornament has been handmade by Robyn with fine Australian porcelain, for a lovely matt finish it has not been glazed. It is possible for the porcelain to occasionally pick up makeup etc so if ever cleaning is necessary, simply gently wash the piece with a sponge/cloth and warm soapy water. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth.

Porcelain is long wearing, but like your coffee cup, we recommend that you avoid dropping it on a hard surface.

Where does your leather come from?
Our Kangaroo leather comes from two ethical and accredited suppliers on mainland Australia, it does not come from Kangaroo Island. The Kangaroo leather is a by-product of the Kangaroo meat industry which exists due to government population control programs, and the leather would otherwise be discarded as waste. There are estimated to be over 30 million Kangaroos in Australia.

How can I pay?

You can pay via Paypal using your debit card, credit card or a Paypal account. You can pay via credit card without setting up a Paypal account by using the guest checkout. Please contact us if you need to arrange an alternative payment option.

Returns and exchange
If you are unhappy with your item, it can be exchanged free of charge (excluding postage and handling costs) for another item or a credit note. The piece must be returned to us within 14 days of original purchase. Returned pieces must be in original condition, unworn, with a purchase receipt and original packaging. Please note that for health and safety reasons earrings can not be exchanged or returned.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All items on our website are in stock, purchases are usually shipped same day, at most within 1-2 business days. 

As per Australia Post Guidelines, please allow up to 10 business days from shipment for your parcel to arrive. We will notify you via email when we post your item. PLEASE NOTE THAT AUSTRALIA POST ARE EXPERIENCING DELIVERY DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19. 

How are my purchases sent?
Online orders are sent via Australia Post with flat rate $5 shipping Australia wide. We will notify you via email when we post your itemWebsite purchases are posted from the mid north coast of New South Wales.

Can my parcel be sent express?
Yes, we have an express post upgrade that you can add at the checkout so that your parcel is sent express post (within Australia only). You  can find the upgrade here.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We charge a flat rate of $25 for a tracked international satchel. We will notify you via email when we post your item and provide a tracking number.  If you would like International express post, please contact us for a quote before placing your order.
